Course Overview

This is a beginner-friendly course that teaches you how to generate pipeline, lead customer conversations and close deals in today’s sales organizations. You’ll use industry tools such as a CRM, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel and AI assistants to prospect, reach out, qualify opportunities, present to customers and track your results with data.

The course follows one principle: human judgment first, AI amplification second. You’ll learn to do each sales task yourself, then use AI to do it faster and better.

What Does a Salesperson Do?

A sales professional finds the right customers, starts conversations, uncovers what customers need, and connects those needs to real solutions. By qualifying opportunities, managing a pipeline and using data to improve results, salespeople drive revenue and help organizations grow.

Our Admission Process

Submit your application. Share a bit about yourself and what's driving you to start a career in sales.

Complete a short critical thinking and problem-solving assessment. This allows us to assess your aptitude for areas relevant to the program.

Speak with an Admissions representative in a non-technical interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better. Nothing technical - just a friendly conversation.

Receive your acceptance decision from Admissions. This usually happens within 3 business days.

If accepted, you'll begin course pre-work to prepare for the first day of class. It consists of self-paced lessons on sales careers, getting started with an AI assistant, Excel essentials for tracking sales activity, and setting up your LinkedIn profile and WhatsApp Business.

** Steps 2 and 3 apply only to applicants seeking a Scholarship-Supported Fellowship. Applicants enrolling in the paid fellowship are not required to complete these steps.
